These Terms of Use (“TOU”) govern your access to and use of the Lombok Hotel and Travel website located at https://lombokhotelandtravel.com/ (the “Website”) is copyrighted work belonging to Adventure Lombok DMC (“Company”, “us”, “our”, and “we”). • Lombok Hotel and Travel is a platform that connects users seeking travel and accommodation services (”Users”) with businesses providing those services (”Sellers”). We are not a seller ourselves and do not own or control the inventory offered by Sellers on our Website.
• When booking services via the Website, you agree that the Business Terms of Use and the Terms of Business of Suppliers of Tours, activities, accommodations, and Bookers as well as the additional conditions of suppliers shall apply.

3. User Agreement
